Frequently Asked Questions

Common Answers about Your Question
DA-510W is used to make aqueous pigment pastes for paints, inks, textile printing, concrete systems and latex emulsions where smooth pigment dispersion is needed.
It helps in forming a more uniform paste, improving compatibility with different ingredients and helping reduce streakiness in the final system.
The dosage depends on pigment type. It is usually 8–10% for titanium dioxide, 10–12% for inorganic pigments, 15–18% for organic pigments and 15–25% for carbon black.
It is first premixed with water, preservative and glycol. Pigments are then added and dispersed with agitation that is followed by defoamer and milling.
Akino Commerce can help buyers in choosing DA-510W for the right aqueous paste system based on pigment type, formulation need and end application.
