Foamstop VF 41N is used to control foam during grinding mainly in resin free pigment concentrates, paints, plaster and adhesive systems.
It works very well in high shear dispersing processes where foam can affect grinding quality, paste stability as well as smooth production.
For pigment concentrates, the use level is 0.3 to 2.0%. For adhesives it is 0.25 to 0.75%. For other systems it is 0.1 to 0.5%.
It gives strong foam control, stays active for a long time and is a good fit for thick film use and resin free universal pigment pastes.
