Foamstop SL 30 is used to control foam in paints, printing inks, adhesives, sewage treatment, boiler washing and cutting fluid applications.
In paints and printing inks, the dosage is 0.05% to 0.15%. In other systems the suggested use level is 30 to 200 ppm.
Two thirds is usually added during grinding and the remaining one third during the let down stage for the best results.
Yes, it can be diluted with soft or deionised water in a 1:20 ratio. The water should be added with mild agitation.
