It helps in reducing water entry, freeze thaw damage, efflorescence, surface dirt pickup, mould growth, acid rain effect and carbon dioxide transmission.
It is supplied as a concentrate and should be diluted in a 1:4 ratio with demineralised water depending on substrate porosity.
Usually, the treated surface shows no major visible change. Some substrates may darken slightly but the texture and overall look mostly stay the same.
