PolySurf ACE is used in radiation curable systems, adhesives, UV coatings, printing inks and emulsion polymer applications where better adhesion and surface performance are needed.
It helps to improve pigment wetting, gloss, water repellence, film appearance and UV stability which supports better overall finish and formulation performance.
The usual dosage is 1.0% to 10.0% for paints, lacquers, inks, adhesives and UV systems. In acrylic polymer synthesis it can go up to 15.0%.
It helps in improving adhesion on polyolefin, polyethylene terephthalate and polyvinyl chloride that makes it useful for demanding surface applications.
